andrea & jason

how we met

Jason and I met over 20 years ago through mutual friends. We became friends very quickly, but life took us in different directions. In 2016 we reconnected on social media.
I was living in Florida at the time and Jason was coming down to visit family. We went on our first “date” on December 10, 2016. For the next year and a half we dated long distance. I moved back to Ohio in June of 2018 and we moved in together. We got engaged at Morada Bay (restaurant) on Islamorada island (Florida Keys) July 23, 2019.

We Chose Running Horse Farm as our Wedding Venue because…

“The spectacular views, the smell of the reclaimed wood, the fantastic renovations, the ambiance, the kindness of the owner… It was not a hard decision to choose RHF.
We knew this was the venue for us the moment we walked in the door.”

their favorite moment from their wedding at Running Horse Farm?

“The moment we were announced husband and wife, of course!”

“Elated”

The word used to describe how they felt on their big day.

“Covid definitely had a huge impact on our wedding. We ended up having our ceremony on June 6th (the original day) with just the bridal party and immediate family. We then had a reception on July 4th. Our guest list was half of the original, and our favors were masks and hand sanitizer. Though we did not have the day we originally planned for, we got married. That’s all that really matters.”
