How We Met
Bryan and I met through mutual friends who thought we would “hit it off”. On our first date Bryan gave me some money and said, “Go play some music on the jukebox and I am going to judge your choices”. It was such a funny way to break the ice and I felt at home with him right away.
The Proposal
We are HUGE Cleveland Browns fans, and we went to a pre-season game with all of our friends to celebrate Bryan’s birthday. He asked someone to take our picture and next thing I knew he was down on one knee! I was blown away that on a day that we were celebrating HIM he was proposing to ME!
Wedding Theme
Rustic Glam!
We really liked the look of mixing galvanized with gold and then adding in gorgeous fall colors like a deep burgundy and rose. Our bridesmaids wore dreamy velvet dresses and the groomsmen had coordinating bow ties. Total fall vibes!!!

Promise to Love her by Blane Howard
A beautiful song that
included our love for our daughter.
Why We Chose Running Horse Farm
Other venues felt like empty gymnasiums. RHF felt intimate and special! We also fell in love with the land. We knew it would be a breathtaking setting for our Fall wedding.

The best in the business Drzazga Photography. They are a husband and wife team whose style of photography is dreamy!!! They were organized, friendly, and really dedicated to their work.
Wedding Planner:
We used “Oh Hello Event Planning”. Amanda was our month of wedding coordinator and boy she was worth her weight in gold!!! She kept in great contact with my vendors, completely created our wedding day timeline, and even cleaned up after the wedding. Amanda and I still stay in touch to this day. I swear we formed a special bridal bond!
Florist:
Flowers on The Avenue in Ashtabula, OH. Allison and her team brought our vision to life but still kept on budget. The bouquets were gorgeous and the reception centerpieces were magazine worthy!!!!

The late and great Wayne Lett was our officiant and DJ. He lost his battle with COVID-19 in December, and we were devastated to hear the news. Wayne was one of a kind and we are so honored that we were one of the last weddings he performed. He is so missed and will never be forgotten!

Our Favorite Moment
The excitement and build up before the ceremony started. We could hear our loved ones gathering and they were all so genuinely happy to be a part of our big day. We just felt so loved!!!!
Our reception was like a dream!!! We really had a vision for how we wanted things to look, and it all came together like something out of a magazine. People assume because you’re getting married in a barn that the décor will be mason jars and burlap. We wanted to break that stigma and show how glamorous the barn can truly be.
Megan was so great to work with. She answered all our questions and never once made us feel like a bother. Covid was stressful but we never gave up on our vision for our day and it truly all worked out.
